Naver Sync terms.
These terms govern access to the room-sync dashboard, recurring billing, and connected channel integrations.
Service use
- The service is intended for accommodation operators managing Naver Reservation inventory and related calendar data.
- Users are responsible for the accuracy of connected room names, iCal feed URLs, and third-party account access.
- Abuse, unlawful use, or credential sharing that threatens service stability may result in suspension.
Recurring charges
- Recurring billing begins when the free trial ends and a valid billing method is already registered.
- Monthly charges are calculated from the workspace base fee plus the number of active Naver rooms.
- When payment fails, sync may continue during the defined grace period and then pause until billing is restored.
- Canceling stops future billing at the end of the current trial or paid period.
