The service uses recurring monthly billing after the trial period ends. This page explains cancellation and refund handling.
Before the first charge
- The free trial lasts 14 days.
- Users may register a billing method during the trial without being charged immediately.
- The first billing request is sent only when the trial ends.
How cancellation works
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current trial or paid billing period.
- No additional monthly charge is created after the scheduled cancellation date.
- Service access associated with sync operations may pause after the active period ends.
Post-charge handling
- Charged amounts are generally not prorated for room-count changes made after the billing request has already run.
- Duplicate or clearly erroneous charges are reviewed individually after support contact.
- Payment failures receive a 3-day grace period before sync is blocked.
